We are full service and as such, our offering includes comprehensive solutions for custom moulding, artwork and graphic design, through to all kinds of creative value added finishes to your packaging.
Tooling
From initial concept through to moulding and supply of finished product.
We discuss and assist with your design, supply detailed drafted drawings for sign-off, before proceeding with latest technology toolmaking.
Trial Sample runs will be supplied for approval, before commencing to final production.
Graphic Design
Stuck on design? Talk to us about your requirements, together, and by working with our experienced design partners we will ensure a workable design from the outset.
Alternately speak to us prior to creating your own design and we will provide all checklists and die-lines that your designer will need to get the job done right.
Printing
We perform full UV screen printing, offset printing and hot foil stamping services directly onto our complete range of packaging products.
Labelling
Labelling and In-house label application services can also be provided when required and when direct screen printing is not an option.
Custom Colours
Colour Matching Services are also available. First impressions count and so talk to us about your requirements. Minimum order quantities will apply.
Other Services
In-house we offer custom dip tube cutting on our stock range of pumps & sprays. We also provide cap wadding, inserting of specialty wads into our closures. Smaller quantities completed in-house with larger quantities subject to timing and pricing constraints being Made to Order.
